Offers, credits and loyalty

TRAVEL40 adds a 40.00 credit, in your booking's currency, to an eligible booking. It doesn't apply to bookings made after the promotion ended. SafarBay loyalty tiers are Blue, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

  • TRAVEL40: a 40.00 credit in your booking's currency (SAR or AED) on an eligible booking. Bookings made after the promotion ended aren't eligible.
  • If you were eligible and the credit didn't apply, we add what is owed to your SafarBay account. If a promotion doesn't apply, we explain why.
  • Credits are money added to your SafarBay account. They are separate from loyalty points.
  • SafarBay loyalty has four tiers: Blue, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Your tier and points are kept on your traveller profile.

Before you decide

Six SafarBay hotels in Riyadh, Dubai and Jeddah. Every hotel with rooms offers the Deluxe Room on three rates: Flexible, Saver and Fixed Dates.

The operating airline sets your schedule, fare rules and baggage allowance. When the airline changes a flight, its rules decide your options.

If your driver is running late, we reschedule the pickup with the transfer provider. If the driver doesn't show up, our team reviews it and can book one replacement pickup.

Flexible, Saver or Fixed Dates?

Flexible cancels free of charge when check-in is more than 24 hours away, and its dates can change subject to availability. Saver is non-refundable: if you cancel, 75% of the stay is kept and 25% is returned. Fixed Dates is refundable, but any date change needs our team's approval. Keep your booking reference and the supplier's confirmation with your itinerary.

When travel plans change

Check your rate before choosing new dates. A change applies straight away when rooms are available, except on a Fixed Dates rate or within 24 hours of travel, when our team approves the exact change first. A date change needs both new dates.

A calmer arrival checklist

Keep your booking reference, the supplier's confirmation and your transfer pickup point to hand. If your driver is running late, we reschedule the pickup with the provider; if the driver doesn't show up, our team can arrange one replacement pickup.

Understanding a travel refund

Every refund goes back to your original payment, and timelines count from the date it was issued: 5-10 business days for cards and mada, instant for the SafarBay wallet. A refund already on its way is never paid twice; if it seems late, our finance team looks into it.
